PAE Secures Nationwide Facilities Management Contract with New Zealand Police
PAE New Zealand has been awarded a contract to provide New Zealand Police with Facility Maintenance and Management Services for its nationwide property portfolio. The contract will provide services to 363 operational properties and 203 residential premises situated across New Zealand.
PAE will provide task management, call centre services, responsive maintenance, compliance services, including building warrants’ of fitness, and planned maintenance. In addition PAE will undertake selected projects and capital works, as well as consultancy, investigations and technical assistance as requested.
Contract delivery commences on 1 April 2018 and the period of performance on the contract is for a two year base period with a possible two year renewal at the discretion of New Zealand Police.
