At PAE we understand that our actions matter. While our team may only be a small part of a much larger community, we make sure that the part we all play makes a lasting difference.
Sitting at the heart of how PAE behaves is one of our five core values: we’re part of the bigger picture. This means that we’re here for the long term, we act sustainably and we recognise the importance of the communities within which we live, work and play.
Being part of the bigger picture means that we actively seek out opportunities to support our communities. This includes staff beach clean-ups, native plant regeneration initiatives and supporting Lions Clubs projects such as Playscape for Wellington Regional Children’s Hospital.
We’ve taken supporting our communities one step further with our PAE-sponsored and run ‘Learn to Swim’ programme for children and adults. PAE qualified Learn to Swim instructors have commenced work where access to a learn to swim programme has not previously been available, supporting water safety in our local communities.
We’re committed to our communities, and we will continue to seek out new ways to support them.
