As General Manager Business Services, Leanne provides leadership, management and direction of the Finance and ICT functions for PAE. Leanne has responsibility for the strategic and operational management of PAE’s business services functions including Finance, Facilities, Fleet, ICT and Risk Management & Business Continuity.
Leanne joined our PAE team in 2022, having previously held leadership roles in Finance, Corporate Services and Operations, where she displayed a proven ability to build high-performing teams and a real focus on continuous business improvement. Leanne has worked for a number of public, private and not-for-profit organisations, including Inland Revenue and Local Government New Zealand.
Leanne is a Chartered Accountant with CAANZ and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, HR and Commercial Law and a Graduate Diploma in Accounting from Victoria University. Leanne is also is a Chartered Member of the Institute of Directors and is the Chair for the Cancer Society Wellington Division.
